This form is for New and or Current ARES members. the reason we have this made, so Danny Bailey District 6 DEC (District Emergency Coordinator), can know who has what in each persons equiptment, so in case of a real emergency, he will know how to deploy each person my the information in this form. Also this goes into a main database that we made. and No One, I will say this again, NO ONE ONLINE will ever see this information, for security reasons.
